Vacation Bible School

New Journey Baptist Church offers a summer Vacation Bible School program for all children in our community. We have several activities for the kids including an evening meal, bible study geared to particular age groups, a snack time, crafts for the boys and girls to bring home that are geared to the annual theme, music and singing, and a time of reflection to reinforce the nightly lesson. At the end of the week, all parents are invited to a closing ceremony, which also includes a meal and a chance to see what the children have learned during the weeks activities.
